Developed from the Ghosh lineage. A beginning Hatha yoga practice of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises each done twice. Moving space into the body with breath and the body through space with shapes.

Rocket Vinyasa is a creative exploration of the Ashtanga yoga system. Various sequences, combinations, and transitions directly from primary and second series. Students are asked to have a knowledge of this system but also the creativity to expand from it.

Asana class focused on long holds in postures to help soften and release tension held in the body. These classes offer an opportunity to practice mental focus and slowing down.

prāṇāyāma – ‘life force control’ / ‘energy conduct or restraint’ classes that focus on movement within the body. Exploration of various breathing techniques and practices from a comfortable seated position.
